  • Breakfast: Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls Cereal with skim milk 
  • Lunch: Via Quadronno restaurant's prociutto, smoked mozzarella, rucola and shrimp panini; Coffee with skim milk
  • Snack: Larabar (Coconut Cream Pie)
  • Dinner: Salad made with green market greens, blue cheese, chicken breast, roasted red and gold beats with homemade vinaigrette; Quinoa with homemade pesto and peas; white wine
  • Dessert: half a small TLC frozen yogurt


Suzy
  • Breakfast: Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls and Brown Rice Crisps Cereals with unsweetened organic soy milk and banana slices; large coffee with skim milk
  • Snack: green apple; siggi's blueberry yogurt
  • Lunch: salad with mixed green market greens, lite tofu, carrots and tomato with balsamic vinegar; large coffee with skim milk
  • Dinner: Salad made with green market greens, blue cheese, chicken breast, roasted red and gold beats with homemade vinaigrette; white wine
  • Dessert: half a small TLC Frozen yogurt

  • Breakfast: Large bowl cereal (Barbara's Puffins Honey Rice Cereal + Kashi 7-Grain Puffs Cereal + Sliced Strawberries + Unsweetened Soy Milk) & coffee with skim milk 
  • Lunch #1: Almond butter and blackberry jam sandwich on whole wheat, orange, 2 mini larabars (apple pie and cherry pie), cold cucumber soup 
  • Lunch #2: "California Club Wrap" (flour wrap with chicken, bacon, lettuce, caesar dressing, NO tomatoes)
  • Dinner: Moroccan-Spiced Beef with Couscous, Scotch neat
  • Dessert: Weight Watchers Popsicle 

Suzy
  • Breakfast: Medium bowl cereal (Barbara's Puffins Honey Rice Cereal + Kashi 7-Grain Puffs Cereal + Sliced Strawberries + Unsweetened Soy Milk) & coffee with skim milk

  • Snack: large apple
  • Dinner: Moroccan-Spiced Beef with Couscous, white wine
